Original structure built 2005. Large home with reasonable floor plan had very hot interior fire with no structural damage to attic. Plastic that burned in kitchen, inundated entire house with greasy, sticky, acrid smoke at walls and ceilings. House required major interior renovation, over $300,000 much of which was applied to upgrading fixtures finishes and converting a peninsula dog leg Island to a massive center island with a single granite slab. All fixtures, finishes, fittings and mechanical and electrical and plumbing were upgraded. All doors upgraded to solid core five panel. Custom design lighting throughout. Master suite includes new master bathroom with enlarged glass-enclosed shower, and massive heat and whirlpool bathtub. Entire roof was replaced within budget. See pictures.

I was so excited to see my house go from shambles to magnificent. Charlie was a true miracle worker and made this happen. I shudder to think what our outcome would have been without Charlie and Storm 24.
