Original structure built 1970. Two-story property suffered water heater gas fire in garage. Entire floor structure of second story over Garage burned out, causing major collapse of second story into first story garage with extensions into both attics at level one and level two. Complete structural and finish damage on both levels. Original 8 foot ceilings everywhere at first and second levels. Multi level floor at living room and at entry rendered floor space unusable. Many small divided rooms in original build. Rebuild provided vaulted ceilings at first floor, open floor plan with continuous level floors from entry to dining room. Open kitchen with European style cabinets and separate pantry and laundry rooms. All finishes very high-end, including granite stained flooring on stairwell, 72 ounce carpeting upstairs and luxury vinyl walnut flooring throughout downstairs. Solidcore doors.
