Original structure built 1970. Two-story property suffered water heater gas fire in garage. Entire floor structure of second story over Garage burned out, causing major collapse of second story into first story garage with extensions into both attics at level one and level two.

Original structure built in 1958. Major structure fire due to gas leak in forced air unit in attic. Major structural damage to exterior rear wall as well as all structure above the plate line. Interior fire water, and smoke damage to original hardwood floors and all finishes.

Original structure built 1953 Property suffered a Major attic structure, fire due to a gas leak at attic mounted forced air unit. Major structural damage at wall plate line and above, with wall fire damage to all exterior walls at the rear of the property. Interior divided into many small rooms with maximum 8 foot ceilings.

Original structure built 2005. Large home with reasonable floor plan had very hot interior fire with no structural damage to attic. Plastic that burned in kitchen, inundated entire house with greasy, sticky, acrid smoke at walls and ceilings. House required major interior renovation, over $300,000 much of which was applied to upgrading fixtures finishes and converting a peninsula dog leg Island to a massive center island with a single granite slab.
