Project Overview

Original structure built 2005. Large home with reasonable floor plan had very hot interior fire with no structural damage to attic. Plastic that burned in kitchen inundated entire house with greasy, sticky, acrid smoke at walls and ceilings.

House required major interior renovation, over $300,000 much of which was applied to upgrading fixtures, finishes and converting a peninsula dog-leg island to a massive center island with a single granite slab. All fixtures, finishes, fittings, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing were upgraded. All doors upgraded to solid core five-panel. Custom design lighting throughout.
