Project Overview

Original structure built 1953. Property suffered a major attic structure fire due to a gas leak at attic mounted forced air unit. Major structural damage at wall plate line and above, with wall fire damage to all exterior walls at the rear of the property. Interior divided into many small rooms with maximum 8-foot ceilings.

Renovation Scope

• Converted from many small rooms to open floor plan with vaulted ceilings throughout
• Installed massive center island kitchen
• Complete replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• All interior finishes, fixtures, and flooring replaced
• New corner extensions and deluxe entry front porch system installed from concrete footings through roof
