Original structure built 1970. Two-story property suffered water heater gas fire in garage. Entire floor structure of second story over garage burned out, causing major collapse of second story into first story garage with extensions into both attics at level one and level two.

Renovation Scope

The rebuild transformed the home with vaulted ceilings on the first floor, an open floor plan with continuous level flooring from entry to dining area, an open kitchen featuring European-style cabinetry, a separate pantry and laundry room, and high-end finishes throughout.
